Thanks for this Dental Clinic I had regular dental care when I was on Medical Assistance. They were located very close to where I lived and were entirely accessible.

The most horrible, rudest, ignorant women in the outpatient services I have ever encountered in a medical facility. I was there Monday between 10 and 11 a.m. (6/24/24). With communication skills they possess it is absolutely no wonder their waiting room was empty. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

My mom has severe arthritis and back pains that flair up at random, she called yesterday to make an appointment, the secretary said they would call back in a few hours with the day and time that my mom can come in, they called in the afternoon and gave her a appointment for today. Well this morning they left a message a few hours before the appointment to say they are cancelling her appointment because they only have one doctor and nurse and too many patients/appointments scheduled for today so they can't see my mom and that she needs to call back to rescheduled, well she did that but again no one answers and a voicemail that says to leave a message and they will get back to her when and if they can. Ever since this pandemic started this location has gone downhill in terms of offering essential and proper medical care. Scheduling appointments is a nightmare, no one answers the phone no matter what time we call in, it just goes to voicemail that says to leave a message and they will get back to you days later, they don't leave any message alerting you that they called. you have to have your phone in hand at all times to catch the call. I have been trying to make an appointment for over two months because they messed up stitching when I gave birth and I am trying to find out what because I should not be in pain. No one returns calls. Just voicemail after voicemail. When I do get someone they say they will "rely the message and have someone call me back" and nothing. Seriously if you can't see patients say something so we can go find new doctors I hated reading hospitals obgyn but I'm really contemplating just going back there or finding a way to be transferred to the main office OBGYN

I have been a patient of Dr Victoria Stella for 10-11 yrs and have nothing but positive things to say about her and all of her staff. She works there because she truly cares for people in need. I read some reviews on here and had to shake my head when someone said they weren’t good with her back emergency. They’re not an urgent care and I’m certain they kindly worked her into their schedule. Dr Stella is not only extremely knowledgeable as an internist — she’s very kind, thoughtful, organized & has called me personally with test results. I consider her a friend. My only regret will be when she retires. I’m personally hoping she never stops working but she deserves all the happiness that retirement will bring after going to bat for every patient she has taken care of medically. I’ll never be able to truly replace her because she’s set the bar so high. Her staff has been shifted around throughout the years but I have known the nurses, receptionists, schedulers & prescription staff for years. We laugh a lot and they are all very reliable, knowledgeable and caring. Thanks to all of you, Carolyn Young
